Well, it's been a wonderful past week and weekends! First of all my friends, Mary Beth and Holly came to visit last weekend. We went to campmeeting together which was such a high Sabbath with my dad being ordained. It's so special to see how God has led my dad in his ministry. He actualy will have three churches by August. This past Thur. I was able to make it to campmeeting again to hear David Assherick. What a true blessing his talks were! Sabbath culminated with a baptism. Here are a few pictures to give you a better idea of it all!

My life...

Just a little update on what's going on. It's been ages since I've updated. I'm just working this summer at the personal care home as an aid, helping out the school's academy with maga-booking, advertising for a local colporteur and odds and ends. It's been a great break from the books so far.

Today I went canoeing with the pathfinders...we had a lot of fun.

Here's Mike and I. He's quite the competitive one, so we had to be "first" as much as possible...

Here are just some random photos...

Just wanted to give you a little update. I always enjoy hearing from you all. Let's be faithful...time is short.

A Miracle story!

Friday evening we got word that some from Miracle Meadows School  were involved in a serious van accident. Several girls were thrown from the 15-passenger van and it flipped once. Thankfully no other vehicle was involved. It seems the driver was trying to dodge a pothole and over-corrected, causing the van to flip. I heard also that after the girls had been thrown out the van, that the van even then almost tipped over again, but rested upright... praise God not on those precious girls. All lives were spared and no life-threatening injuries. I am attaching the website where you can view the news reporting of the accident.

In Loving Memory of Melissa

I will miss my dear friend Melissa. I found out that she passed away from a massive heart attack on January 25th in her home at the young age of 39. She was one special person. She was always smiling even though she may not feel like it. She was always ready to study the Bible. We sang, prayed, laughed and cried together. She will be missed a lot! She has taught me to perservere, to always smile and to appreciate our friends. After I left Louisville we were able to still keep in contact by phone and one of the church members would pick her up for church often. I'm so blessed to have known her! I will miss her so much! I look forward though to meeting her in heaven one day. May we each one be faithful...Jesus is soon to come!
